One of the resources available to us as demonstrators is an instructional DVD called "First Impressions". I give it to people interested in finding out more about Stampin' Up in my Joining Kits, and I still have some copies, although it is no longer available from Stampin' Up! in disc format. However, especially good for those of you who would rather look first, ask questions later, the video has now been added to the Stampin' Up! Customer Website
